Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager for Wood Manufacture located in Nobarya, Egypt. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. They will manage production schedules, coordinate with cross-functional teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure timely delivery of products. Additionally, the role involves assessing operational performance, facilitating process improvements, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in production planning, workflow management, and resource allocation
- Experience from 7 to 10 years
- Wood industry background is a must
- Proven ability to implement quality control and process improvement strategies
- Effective leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards
- Competence in data analysis and reporting to optimize production efficiency
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in production management software and relevant digital tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, or related field
