We are seeking a production manager to focus on:
- Yield optimization
- Cost control
- Food safety compliance
- On-time delivery to sales commitments
We need a leader who can run the floor like a business unit, not just supervise operations.
1. Production Output & Efficiency
- Deliver daily and weekly production plans aligned with sales forecasts
- Maximize line utilization and reduce downtime
2. Cost & Yield Management
- Control raw material waste and improve yield percentages
- Monitor labor productivity (output per headcount)
- Reduce rework, rejection, and giveaway
3. Quality & Food Safety
- Ensure full compliance with food safety systems (HACCP, ISO)
- Enforce hygiene and sanitation standards on the floor
- Work closely with Quality team to eliminate recurring issues
4. Team Leadership & Discipline
- Manage supervisors, operators, and labor workforce
- Enforce shift discipline, attendance, and performance standards
- Train and upskill team on standard operating procedures
5. Process Improvement
- Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement actions
- Standardize processes to reduce variability
- Support automation or semi-automation initiatives
What We Are Looking
- 5–10+ years in food manufacturing (frozen, poultry, seafood, or FMCG preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience in processing or packing lines
- Proven ability to manage large workforce (50–150+ workers)
- Solid understanding of food safety and quality systems
- Data-driven mindset (not managing by intuition)
- Ability to handle pressure and daily operational chaos
