Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shubrā al Khaymah for a Production Engineer Section Head. The role involves overseeing production operations, including ensuring efficiency, managing production planning, and maintaining quality control standards. The Section Head will be responsible for troubleshooting production-related issues, streamlining processes to improve productivity, and leading a team to achieve organizational goals. Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a key aspect of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a production environment
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering and Production Planning for optimized operations
- Proficiency in Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement
- Excellent Communication skills for team leadership and coordination
- Prior experience in a leadership role within a production setting is highly desirable
