Mighty Foods We’re on a mission to bring delicious snacks to families everywhere, and we’re building a market-leading snacking brand — our production floor is where that promise gets made, line by line.

As a Production Engineer, you’ll join our Rice Cake and Savory Snacks facility, optimizing production processes, driving quality and uptime, and pushing continuous improvement across the factory floor.

What you’ll own:
🔹 Run daily production, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards
🔹 Track line performance (OEE, yield, throughput) and fix bottlenecks
🔹 Build and optimize SOPs for machinery, changeovers, and cleaning
🔹 Partner with maintenance and QA on equipment reliability and food safety (HACCP, ISO)
🔹 Support new SKU trials, line commissioning, and scale-up
🔹 Drive Lean practices — Kaizen, 5S, waste reduction
🔹 Report on production KPIs and cost-efficiency insights
🔹 Train and develop operators and technicians

What we need:
✔️ Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Food Engineering
✔️ 2–5 years in food manufacturing/FMCG production (rice cakes/snacks a plus)
✔️ Hands-on knowledge of food processing machinery (puffing, coating, seasoning, packaging)
✔️ Strong analytical skills — data-driven root cause analysis
✔️ Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and quality systems
✔️ Excel and production tracking tools; ERP/MES knowledge a plus
