We are currently seeking an experienced Production Engineer to oversee and optimize our high-volume manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
.Manage and optimize daily production activities to ensure world-class manufacturing performance.
.Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.
.Uphold the highest standards of safety, product quality, and operational excellence.
.Coordinate with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, and Technical departments to meet production targets.
.Monitor manufacturing KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in wood manufacturing
.Technical Expertise: Thorough knowledge of production processes for Plywood, Blockboard, MDF, and Particleboard.Methodologies.
.Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is highly preferred.
.Proven leadership capabilities with a structured, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
