This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Production Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production planning, managing quality control processes, and identifying areas for process improvement. The role also involves solving production-related challenges and collaborating with various teams to achieve operational efficiency. The Production Engineer will communicate effectively across departments to align goals and foster productivity. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Engineering, including hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and systems
- Proficiency in Production Planning and the ability to optimize workflows and resource allocation
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Control to maintain high product standards
- Excellent Analytical Skills to solve problems, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with teams and articulate ideas effectively
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Production Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is highly valued
- Basic knowledge of international quality standards and export practices is an advantage
