🔧 What You’ll Do
✔ Follow up daily production plans and ensure smooth workflow across production workshops.
✔ Conduct regular shop-floor follow-up across CNC, Conventional Machining, Sheet Metal, and Quality areas.
✔ Monitor production, quality, and machine performance and take corrective actions when needed.
✔ Troubleshoot urgent production issues related to machines, materials, and technical processes.
✔ Coordinate with Production, Technical Office, Quality, and other relevant departments.
✔ Monitor raw materials and work-in-process requirements.
✔ Drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost improvement.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
✔ 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production workshops.
✔ Strong practical knowledge of CNC machining operations.
✔ Good understanding of EDM, Laser Cutting, Sheet Metal, and conventional machining operations.
✔ Good knowledge of production machinery, cutting tools, and precision measuring instruments.
✔ Strong problem-solving and shop-floor troubleshooting skills.
✔ Good understanding of production planning and process improvement.
