HIRING | Production Assistant Manager
📍 Location: Ain Sokhna
We are looking for a highly motivated Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial, or a related field).
– 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
– Strong knowledge of production processes, production planning, and reporting.
– Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
– Good understanding of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and continuous improvement practices.
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitor and support daily production activities to ensure operational efficiency.
– Prepare production reports, analyze performance, and maintain accurate production records.
– Coordinate effectively with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
– Follow up on production plans and schedules to achieve production targets.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and enhance OEE.
– Promote a strong safety culture and assist in coordinating shift activities and workforce allocation.
– Help resolve production floor issues and support cross-training initiatives to improve operational flexibility.
– Monitor production costs, scrap rates, rework, and labor efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards and budget compliance.
