We’re looking for a Procurement Team Lead to join our growing team — someone who values structure, precision, and coordination, and can ensure smooth operations across all moving parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the procurement team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Review technical and commercial offers for devices, equipment, and tech-related services, and prepare supplier comparison analyses.
• Manage and approve purchasing processes in line with company requirements and approved budgets.
• Follow up on supply orders and ensure timely delivery of required products and materials.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, warehouse, and technical teams to support procurement efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of required technical supplies and equipment.
• Issue payment requests according to agreed purchase order terms.
• Track supplier invoices and required procurement documentation.
• Prepare and update weekly procurement and performance reports for management review.

Who are you:

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement (supply chain) within the technology field.
• Strong organizational skills and high accuracy in handling purchasing processes and supplier management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on requests efficiently while maintaining work quality and fast execution.
• Good understanding of procurement operations, supply chain processes, and cross-functional coordination to achieve the best results.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while making effective decisions to ensure smooth operations.
