We are currently looking for a #Procurement_& #Supply_Chain_Analyst to join our growing team and play a key role in optimizing our operations and driving data-driven decisions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Create and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports (KPIs, financial reports, supplier evaluations).
* Handle data collection, analysis, and ad hoc reporting tasks.
* Monitor and update key tracking sheets (main dashboard, export, and tracking sheets).
* Manage purchase requests: creation, pricing, updates, and follow-up through ERP system (Odoo).
* Coordinate with planning and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement processes.
* Track shipments, purchase orders, and supplier payments.
* Ensure accuracy of purchase request details before issuing purchase orders.
* Follow up on goods receipt and close purchase orders financially and in inventory.
* Support export operations and organize return/repair shipments.
* Contribute to supplier performance evaluation.

🔹 Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
* 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, supply chain, or procurement (preferably in an industrial environment).
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights.
* Commitment to deadlines and accountability.
* Strong listening, understanding, and situational awareness skills.
