📋 Key Responsibilities
Oversee and execute direct procurement strategies for raw materials used in sanitary/hygiene products or cosmetic formulations.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with local and international raw material suppliers to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations, vendor audits, and manage long-term strategic vendor relationships.
Coordinate closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless material flow and compliance with industry regulations.
Monitor market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and supply chain risks to safeguard production continuity.
🎯 Candidate Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on direct procurement experience within sanitary products manufacturing or cosmetics manufacturing.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of raw material specifications, import/export procedures, and quality standards for personal care products.
Skills: Strong contract negotiation, supplier management, cost optimization, and analytical skills.
Software: Proficiency in Odoo and Microsoft Excel.
