Procurement Supervisor At UTC
*United Tobacco Company (UTC), a subsidiary of Philip Morris International (PMI), is hiring!
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise procurement operations and the purchasing team
- Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and contracts
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, spare parts, and services
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams
- Monitor supplier performance and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Preferred)
- 5+ years of procurement experience in Manufacturing / FMCG
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- ERP knowledge, preferably SAP
