Procurement Specialist At Source Beauty

is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team and support our procurement operations by ensuring the right products and materials are sourced at the right quality, cost, and time.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage the procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery.
Identify and evaluate suppliers and negotiate prices and terms.
Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
Monitor inventory needs and coordinate with internal teams to avoid stock shortages.
Compare quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
Track supplier performance, lead times, and product availability.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Support cost-saving and process-improvement initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
