About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Specialist role based in Alexandria. The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for managing purchase orders, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the procurement process aligns with organizational goals. Additional tasks include sourcing vendors, maintaining supplier relationships, and analyzing procurement data to ensure cost efficiency and high-quality supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle procurement and purchasing operations
Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
Follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules
Coordinate with warehouses and concerned departments
Maintain procurement records and reports
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in business, or a related field preferred
Min 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing in Network industry,
Strong negotiation and communication skills,
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management
Familiarity with procurement software and relevant tools is a plus, Zoho ERP is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
