We’re excited to announce an opportunity to join a leading Facility Management & Maintenance company as a Procurement Specialist.

🔹 What We’re Looking For: ▪️ 2–5 years of experience in Procurement
▪️ Background in Facility Management or Maintenance is highly preferred
▪️ Strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical & Civil materials
▪️ Excellent negotiation & supplier management skills
▪️ Advanced user of Microsoft Excel & ERP systems
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

🔹 Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Manage daily purchasing activities based on site needs
▪️ Source and evaluate suppliers & quotations
▪️ Issue and follow up on purchase orders
▪️ Ensure quality and compliance of delivered materials
▪️ Prepare procurement reports and documentation
