Location: Cairo (Down town)
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing strategies, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives. The role requires strong analytical capabilities to evaluate market trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency

Job Description
• Identify, evaluate, and pre-qualify new international and local suppliers to ensure a diversified and risk-free supply chain.
• Lead commercial negotiations regarding pricing, payment terms, and long-term supply agreements to maximize cost savings.
• Analyze the full cost of imported wire and mesh products, factoring in exchange rate fluctuations and supplier premiums beyond the base price.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key manufacturers to ensure priority in production slots and better technical support.
• Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, technologies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Manage tendering processes and ensure competitive bidding.
• Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for sourcing decisions.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with the production and sales departments to forecast material requirements and create a structured annual procurement plan.
• Ensure all purchased materials meet the company’s technical specifications and international quality standards through rigorous document vetting.
• Take full ownership of the PO process—from initial requisition and internal approvals to final order confirmation and payment follow-up.
• Track and report on monthly cost-saving targets and procurement performance metrics (KPIs).

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High follow-up orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ERP system experience.
