Procurement Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Procurement Specialist to join our growing team. If you have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and a passion for driving procurement excellence, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support management decision-making.
Conduct sourcing activities and cost-benefit analyses to identify the most efficient procurement strategies considering cost, quality, and lead time.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including RFQs, supplier evaluation, price negotiations, purchase order issuance, and order follow-up.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers while monitoring supplier performance.
Coordinate with Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Finance teams to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
Monitor purchase orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules to minimize delays and operational risks.
Analyze procurement KPIs, supplier performance, and purchasing trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain procurement documentation, contracts, supplier records, and ERP purchasing data with a high level of accuracy.
Support strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier qualification processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
