Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance
● A master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
● Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or PMP are highly desirable.
● 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
● Strong experience in material purchasing and service provider contracts and recruitment agencies.
● Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor evaluation techniques.
● Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement tools.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and compliance requirements.
