What You Will Do: Category and Supplier Management
- Leads category sourcing activities, including RFI/RFP/RFQ execution, supplier communications, evaluation criteria development, supplier selection, and negotiation strategy design.
- Builds and manages strong supplier relationships to maximize value in quality, cost, service levels, risk management, sustainability, and innovation.
- Maintains strong vendor relationships and ensures accurate vendor records, including pre-qualifications, lead times, and future development potential.
- Manages contracts end-to-end, drafting, negotiating, and integrating terms, conditions, KPIs, and SLAs into vendor agreements.
Process Efficiency and Improvement
- Ensures process efficiency and continuous improvement in line with the procurement strategy to support the business as a strategic partner.
- Ensures effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support seamless procurement operations.
- Collaborates with team members and the Procurement Manager to complete operational and strategic tasks as required.
- Generates and updates management reports accurately and on time.
Cross-Functional Negotiations
- Drives cross-functional negotiations, aligns stakeholders, and applies supplier risk analysis to ensure optimal outcomes.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Any Procurement or Finance Certification is an added value.
- 5-7 years of progressive procurement experience, with exposure to Facility Management, Fit-out works, MEP projects, and service-related categories.
- Proficiency in procurement platforms and P2P systems like SAP Ariba, Oracle, and Coupa.
