Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager (Real Estate / Construction industry preferred).
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and strategic sourcing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of contract management and supply chain operations.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities.
