𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 (5 𝐭𝐨 7 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬)

CCC Egypt is hiring 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐬 to join our project procurement team in 𝐄𝐠𝐲𝐩𝐭.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• 5 𝐭𝐨 7 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of procurement experience within 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐏𝐂 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬
• Strong knowledge of 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞, supplier sourcing, and tendering processes
• Solid understanding of 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, BOQs, and material submittals
• Experience with 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, negotiation, and contract/commercial terms

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Manage end to end procurement for 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬, 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬
• Prepare and issue 𝐑𝐅𝐐𝐬, analyze technical and commercial offers, and lead bid evaluations
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to confirm 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 and delivery priorities
• Identify, prequalify, and develop 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐬, locally and internationally
• Negotiate best value in terms of 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞, 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲, 𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬
• Issue POs, track expediting and deliveries, and resolve supply chain issues proactively
• Ensure full compliance with 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 and proper documentation

𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

• Construction experience with 𝐌𝐄𝐏, 𝐜𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥, 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐞𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐲 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 procurement
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure across multiple fast track project requirements
