Procurement Engineer At INCOM “Alex”

INCOM Egypt co seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement_Engineer to join our team
– Location: Egypt Alexandria Free Zone
Responsibilities
– Handle export purchasing, including coordinating with international suppliers, managing shipping documentation, and complying with export regulations.
– Work closely with cross functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure procurement meets project timelines.
– Leverage ERP systems to track and manage purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
– Negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
– Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
– Monitor market trends and suppliers’ performance to identify cost saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
– Resolve any issues related to procurement including delivery delays, quality issues, and invoice discrepancies.
Skills and Requirements:
– 3 – 5 years of procurement experience
– Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Excellent understanding of ERP systems and procurement software
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
