BETA OTAK is looking for a qualified and motivated Procurement Engineer to join our growing Procurement Team and support the successful delivery of our construction projects.

📍 Location: Head Office – Cairo
🗓 Experience: 2–4 Years
Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of architectural and finishing materials and subcontract packages.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best technical and commercial offers.
• Prepare RFQs, analyze quotations, and participate in technical and commercial evaluations.
• Coordinate with Technical Office, Site, and Planning teams to ensure procurement requirements are fulfilled on time.
• Follow up on purchase orders, material deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Review material specifications and ensure compliance with project requirements and approved submittals.
  Requirements:
• B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 2–4 years of experience in Procurement within construction companies.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and finishing materials, including flooring, painting, gypsum board, ceilings, aluminum, doors, glazing, waterproofing, joinery, and related finishing works.
• Previous experience in major construction projects is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
