Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
3–5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishing items, and subcontractors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
