Pay: 18,000.00 (EGP) per month as a breakdown with 15,000 basic + 1,500 Internet allowance + laptop allowance
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Pricing & Sales Coordinator with strong knowledge of JCtrans and/or WCA networks. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by handling pricing inquiries, coordinating shipments, managing documentation, and performing administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role requires someone who understands freight forwarding networks and can independently communicate with overseas agents while supporting sales and operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
  Handle pricing inquiries through JCtrans, WCA, and other freight networks
  Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents
  Prepare competitive freight quotations (Air, Sea & Land)
  Coordinate shipments from booking until delivery
  Generate AWBs, invoices, and other shipping documentation
  Follow up with customers and agents regarding payments
  Support the sales team with coordination and operational updates
  Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  Perform general administrative and office support tasks
  –Requirements
  Minimum 2–4 years experience in Freight Forwarding
  Strong working knowledge of JCtrans and/or WCA network
  Good understanding of freight pricing (Air & Sea freight)
  Experience in sales coordination and shipment handling
  Strong communication and negotiation skills
  Good command of English (written and spoken)
  Ability to multitask and work under pressure
