💼 Role: OPSI / planning Engineer
Department: Manufacturing / Process Engineering
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing and executing production plans that balance market demand with plant capacity, ensuring smooth OPSI (Order-Production-Sales-Inventory) flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and plant capacity.
Coordinate with Sales and Commercial teams to finalize OPSI plans.
Monitor daily production output and adjust plans based on material availability or machine status.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure material availability (T-1 readiness).
Act as SAP/WMS key user; maintain system data integrity and BOM accuracy with R&D.
Identify capacity bottlenecks and propose improvement plans.
Generate regular performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in production planning (home appliances preferred).
