– Prepare realistic project schedule using appropriate too such as Primavera and MS project
– Prepare competitive bids for new projects
– Calculate Optimal Material requirement, Manpower Requirement for each stage of the project
– Coordinate with the project manager and different departments to ensure good execution of the plan
– Plan for the budget required for the project and monitor expenses as the project is executed
– Create cash flow forecasts for each project
