Position: Planning Engineer (SAP PP / MRP)
Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor Material Requirements Planning (MRP) in SAP.
• Analyze MRP exceptions and implement corrective actions.
• Develop production plans based on demand, material availability, and production capacity.
• Prepare and monitor detailed production schedules.
• Perform capacity planning and workload balancing across work centers.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehousing, and Sales to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage planning parameters including Lot Sizes, Safety Stock, Lead Times, and Planning Strategies.
• Track planning KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives within SAP PP.
  Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Production, Supply Chain Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or MRP.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP/MRP.
• Good understanding of Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling.
