Key Requirements:
✔️ At least 1 year of experience in Data Analysis
✔️ Ability to analyze large datasets and build clear dashboards & reports
✔️Analyze team performance by comparing daily actual results against assigned targets.
✔️ Translate performance data insights into actionable business recommendations
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools is a plus
