• Egypt is hiring a 𝐏𝟐𝐏 & 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 in the Supply Chain Department – October, Giza.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐛𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞:
The P2P & Procurement Capability Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving procurement and Procure-to-Pay capabilities across the organization. The role focuses on process excellence, digital adoption, capability development, governance, and change management to ensure procurement teams achieve high performance and business objectives.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

• Co-Lead Procurement Strategies Plans and Implementation
• Own end-to-end P2P process governance
• Standardize procurement processes across business units
• Monitor compliance with procurement policies and internal controls
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives
• Support implementation and optimization of procurement technologies (e.g.,Oracle, e-tendering,…)
• Track procurement KPIs and process performance
• Facilitate Decision Making & 360 Analysis via digital tools ( AI Expert, PowerBI, Advanced Excel,..)
