Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Deliverables – Safety, Quality, Service, Cost KPIs
  • To overlook all outbound distribution and inbound activities including transportation management, documentation, and customs procedures, to ensure the required service levels are delivered.
  • Direct supervision of back of factory warehousing team to ensure all inbound, outbound and warehousing requirements of the factory are fully delivered on time in full
  • To supervise all modes of transportation between warehouses, ports, factories, customers, 3rd party, and co-packers.
  • Overall and Direct supervision of Inventory Management across Warehouses and Enforces Regular Cycle counts set by Stakeholders.
  • Monitor the performance of 3PLs against the targets for delivery of services. Reset KPIs as per the need of the business whenever required.
  • Day to day Monitoring of Service KPIs and identify and generate loss tree for any gap in services delivered.
  • Monitor and verify bills as per the contracts, submitted by 3pl and all Logistics providers for services delivered and forward to line manager for approval.
  • Analyze operations and identify opportunities for cost savings to support the overall cost savings for the company.
  • Perform Regular Stock Health checks complying Global Standard on WMS and Quality Standards and enforcing compliance to Warehouse Golden Rules on day-to-day operations.
  • Liaise with the appropriate shipping/ trucking suppliers, as and when required, to resolve potential or current problems.
  • Manage the shift patterns to ensure resources are allocated in an optimum manner, considering current and anticipated throughput of the warehouse.
  • Ensure handling equipment is scheduled for maintenance.
  • Coordinate with QA team to investigate all no conformances and Block stocks when requested.
  • Adhere to the Safety & Quality standards within the company and conduct audits as per agreed timelines in association with the SHE & Q leads.
  • Supervision of Finish Goods Receipts From factory, 3rd Party Productions and Subcontracting
  • Supervision of Stock Allocations for All Loading Warehouses and ensuring Loading Accuracy and Timely Posting of Goods Issuance
  • Respond to Internal customers of Routine enquiries concerning Warehouse and Logistics
  • Assists the country Logistics lead in carrying out his duties and responsibilities with regards to WH. Liaise with other Department on matters related to Warehouse
  • Vendor invoice management and on time issuance of Pos

Essential Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of work experience at a supervisory / managerial role in warehouse operations preferably within an FMCG company
  • SAP /Oracle knowledge, Experience in an ERP working environment.
  • Must be strong in Excel.
  • Must be flexible with working shift work and 6-day weeks and accessional weekend operations.
  • Knowledge on WCM/TPM standards
  • Good knowledge about customs/shipping documents & regulatory affairs.

  • Good expertise with Warehousing and Transportation / inventory management- Sea Freight and Cross border
  • Automated Warehouse operations
  • Good knowledge of Logistics cost elements
  • Finance Acumen
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint skills, Power BI, Data analysis
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong people skills, leadership skills
