Qualifications
- Generate purchase orders and place the orders to the suppliers
- Prepares shipment documents, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Post, record & update the system with the sales & purchase invoices
- Streamlines shipping and transportation processes
- Liaise with other departments/customers/LSPs.
- Negotiate rates with the forwarders to reduce transportation cost
- Track orders to make sure they arrive at their destination on time
- Coordinate freight forwarder arrangements and customs document
- Letter of credit (L/C) handling, checking all L/C terms and conditions,
- Arrange product declarations with Customs via forwarder
- Handle the archiving of Order Management documents
Your Profile
- Very good computer skills and knowledge (Microsoft 365) Strong customer service focus, sense of urgency to meet or exceed customer expectations, and achieve daily commitments.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/Logistics/Supply Chain
- Excellent command in spoken and written English
- 5-7 years of experience in Logistics & Order Management
