Role Overview Junior operational role supporting day-to-day store and warehouse activities. Focus on accurate inventory handling, efficient picking/packing, basic reporting, and strict adherence to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security & Environment) policies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods; assist with stock put-away
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders to correct specification
- Conduct routine cycle counts and support stock reconciliations and investigations
- Maintain accurate inventory records in systems and spreadsheets; log discrepancies
- Apply HSSE procedures: follow safe manual-handling practices, report incidents
- Produce basic Excel reports and perform general warehouse housekeeping
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Experience in warehousing, retail store operations or logistics
- Practical experience with inventory, picking and packing processes
- Basic MS Office skills—Excel for data entry and simple reporting
- Attention to detail, reliable, fit for manual tasks and able to work shifts as required
- Familiar with or willing to follow HSSE policies and safety procedures
- Good communicator and team player; comfortable with routine tasks and following instructions
