Artsy Silver is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations, driving efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across the business
- Lead order fulfillment, customer service, and inventory operations
- Monitor KPIs, team performance, and operational targets
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Operations Management or a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
