OPERATIONS MANAGER
At A U Logistics, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Freight Forwarding Operations Manager to join our growing team and lead our freight forwarding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations.
- Ensure smooth coordination between customers, agents, carriers, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipments and ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the Operations team.
- Ensure operational procedures and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Handle operational challenges and ensure effective problem-solving.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Operations.
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding processes.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.
