About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our logistics team remotely from Egypt. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight forwarding and shipping operations, with the ability to coordinate shipments efficiently and communicate effectively with agents, carriers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily sea and air freight operations.
Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and customers.
Follow up on bookings, shipment status, and required documentation.
Prepare and review shipping documents (B/L, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
Monitor shipments from origin to final delivery.
Communicate with customers regarding shipment updates and operational requirements.
Resolve operational issues and ensure timely execution of shipments.
Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Good knowledge of sea freight and air freight procedures.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and customs processes.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
