We’re Hiring: Freight Forwarding Operations Executive
Are you passionate about logistics and freight forwarding? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Operations Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle day-to-day freight forwarding operations.
* Coordinate import and export shipments with carriers, agents, and customers.
* Ensure timely and accurate shipment documentation.
* Follow up on shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues.
* Maintain excellent communication with customers, suppliers, carriers, and overseas agents.
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in freight forwarding operations.
* Experience in both import and export operations is preferred.
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* A strong team player with a positive attitude.
* Eager to learn and continuously develop professionally.
* Ability to effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to respond to urgent operational matters outside regular working hours when required.
