Vacancy: Operations Executive
Location: District 5 Mall

Part of the duties/responsibilities:
– Evaluate the daily operations in the mall through constant follow up and visits to ensure that all tenants are operating smoothly according to operations’ standards with no irregularities.
– Report all issues related to Customer Service, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and Safety to Management to be resolved immediately according to internal standards.
– Report incidents for discussion with the Operations Manager through constant visits to all zones in the mall.
– Follow up on work progress through traffic on the units and the corridors of the mall and make daily memos, penalties, periodical weekly and monthly reports.
– Participate in implementation of the plans for promotional activities and annual festivals at the mall.
– Establish internal operational system, policies and procedures for quality assurance, customer service and food safety.
– Review outsourced utility bills against contract terms and operational KPIs to ensure compliance with received services and prevent operational issues.
– Develop work plans, objectives and goals for assigned area.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration or any related field.
– 1-2 years of experience in Mall Operations.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Flexible to work on rotational shifts.
