🔹 Job Title: Operations Coordinator

📍 Location: Beni Suef

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily scheduling, dispatching, and job assignments

• Follow up with technicians to ensure on-time service delivery

• Manage CRM updates, job tracking, and closures

• Monitor KPIs (SLA, utilization, on-time, CSAT)

• Handle customer & technician issues and escalations

• Support daily operations and workload balancing

• Ensure service quality and adherence to SOPs

• Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations / customer service / coordination

• Strong communication skills (Arabic is a must)

• Experience with CRM systems & Excel

• Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solver

• Experience in dispatching or field operations is a plus
