Role Description
This is a Full-time, on-site role for an Operational Specialist based in Naser City. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure consistent and efficient workflow. Tasks may include coordinating projects, managing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring best practices are adhered to in operational management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Operations Management and Project Management to oversee workflows and handle resources effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills to review and act on performance data and optimize processes
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and other departments
- Experience in Sales with a customer-focused mindset to improve operational efficiencies
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using technology and tools for operational workflows is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred
