The Role
In this pivotal role, you will oversee our daily import and export operations, ensuring every shipment moves with precision. You will act as the key link between shipping lines, agents, and our valued customers to maintain our gold standard of service.
What You’ll Do:
-Operational Oversight: Supervise daily import and export shipment activities.
-Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with shipping lines, agents, and customers for seamless logistics.
-Documentation Mastery: Ensure all documentation is accurate and processed on time.
-Problem Solving: Navigate operational hurdles with effective, swift solutions.
-Team Leadership: Lead, support, and inspire the operations team to exceed targets.
Requirements:
-Experience: At least 7 years in freight forwarding operations.
-Expertise: Deep knowledge of shipping lines, customs procedures, and documentation.
-Leadership: Proven team management and problem-solving skills.
-Language: Professional command of both written and spoken English.
