Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
· Monitor shipment lifecycle, identify operational risks, and reduce liability incidents.
· Analyze abnormal trends and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure team execution excellence and strict adherence to operational standards.
· Supervise operational staff, provide guidance, and support team development.
· Manage abnormal shipment handling and exception resolution.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
· 2–4+ years of experience in logistics or operations management.
· Strong knowledge of abnormal shipment handling and exception management.
