Job Summary
The New Product Planning Senior Specialist is responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to new product launches, ensuring the timely availability of materials, production capacity, and cross-functional alignment to support successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
·      Develop and maintain planning schedules for new product launches and technology transfer projects.
·      Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams to ensure project timelines are achieved.
·      Monitor project milestones and identify potential risks or delays affecting launch plans.
·      Follow up on the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and production readiness for new products.
·      Prepare and update planning reports, launch trackers, and project status summaries.
·      Support capacity planning activities related to new product introductions.
·      Ensure planning data accuracy within ERP systems and planning tools.
·      Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide planning updates for ongoing projects.

Qualifications & Experience
·      Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Science.
·      3–5 years of experience in Planning within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in new product planning.
·      Good knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
·      Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
·      Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
·      Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
