we are hiring:
MEP Tendering Engineer

Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing bids for mechanical projects, including organizing submission documents.
Support in preparing technical and commercial clarifications
Learn to break down cost components (materials, labor, equipment)
Work closely with senior engineers to review drawings and understand project scope.
Help with quantity take-offs, pricing sheets, and timelines under supervision.
Team Collaboration and Development:
Support the tendering team in day-to-day tasks and document preparation.
Attend training sessions and technical discussions related to tendering and mechanical systems.
Show progress in using tendering tools and improving technical understanding.
Suppliers and Contractors Coordination:
Support communication with suppliers to request quotations.
Work closely with procurement when needed to follow up or align on sourcing.
Help update supplier and contractor databases.
Prepare basic comparison sheets for received offers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in MEP tendering.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
Tools and Software:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
Basic ability to read and reference AutoCAD drawings.
Familiarity with PDF editing tools.
