Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, biotechnology or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, procurement, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities.
  • Expertise in lead generation and building client relationships.
  • Proficiency in market research to gather data and support business decisions.
  • Fluency in English is a must

Job Description:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship building.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support decision-making and business planning.
  • Collaborate on business strategies and proposals to meet growth targets.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing negotiations, project coordination and partnership development activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (commercial, marketing, logistics) to support operations
  • Prepare and analyze procurement and sales reports
  • Follow up on supplier quotations, orders and deliveries
