Material Planner At Kraft Heinz

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute a comprehensive procurement plan for all raw and packaging materials needed for production.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize inventory costs.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure that all materials are available when needed and to minimize waste.
• Work with the materials management team to identify potential issues and implement processes to quickly resolve them.
• Evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement of materials.
• Create visibility and reporting structures for senior management.
• Monitor supply chain losses and near-expired and expired materials.
• Work closely with the supply planner to convert an unconstrained demand plan into a constrained supply forecast.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Power BI experience is a plus.
