Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager based in Giza. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the efficiency of all farm machinery. They will develop maintenance schedules, lead a team of technicians, and ensure the implementation of safety protocols. Additionally, the Maintenance Manager will coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance operational productivity. Qualifications
- Strong experience in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
- Proven ability in Maintenance Management and developing maintenance schedules
- Effective Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and workforce coordination
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations in agricultural or industrial environments
- Technical certification or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering is preferred
- Previous experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sector is an asset
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software is a plus
