We’re Hiring: Logistics Supervisor
📍 Location: 6th of October City, Egypt
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our client’s team. If you have a strong background in logistics operations, supply chain coordination, and ERP systems, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate with logistics service providers to secure the best services at competitive rates.
* Monitor outbound shipments from dispatch until delivery to customers.
* Track inbound shipments from suppliers until arrival at company warehouses.
* Record shipping data and prepare logistics reports and performance analyses.
* Select the most suitable transportation providers based on product requirements.
* Resolve transportation and logistics challenges efficiently.
* Coordinate with Operations, Warehousing, and Quality teams to ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining product quality.
* Support the continuous improvement of the company’s supply chain.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics and shipping service providers.
* Assist in preparing the annual shipping budget and cost analyses.
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or a related field.
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the agricultural sector.
✅ Strong experience using ERP systems (Odoo is highly preferred).
✅ Maximum age: 35 years.
✅ Preferably a resident of 6th of October City.
