Job Requirements: 
(1) Bachelor degree of commerce, foreign trade or logistic
(2) V.good communication and negotiation skills
(3) Problem solving sckills
(4) V.good knowledge of MS office
(5) Good Command of English language
(6) 3 to 5 years of experience

Job Description:
·        Following Logistics Dept. and forwarder SOPs
·        Manage export of finished goods ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
·        Coordinate with Freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of orders.
·        Maintain accurate records of shipments and transactions to ensure proper documentation as required
·        Reviewing LC’s with logistics section and confirm the ability to reach the requested shipping docs. And send the logistics concerns to the treasury and export departments
·        Monitoring WH daily report and ensure the availability of the items in the loading plan
·        Inform Logistics Section head with any comments on WH report
·        Reviewing the PO’s and the Proforma Invoice to ensure the ability of meeting the customer requirements
·        Coordinating with Logistics Section Head the loading plan and update it once any other instructions from export dept or any other logistics circumstances occurred
·        Sending the forecasted loading plan for each forwarder to plan the loading
·        Communicating with the forwarders to plan the loading
·        Arrange with the clearance section for any requirements or any shipments they will work on it
·        Inform the logistics coordinator with any required inspection such as SGS, ECTN, … etc.
·        Exhibit strong communication & problem-solving skills to ensure successful outcomes in export activities
·        Supervising the documentation process with the logistics coordinator and revert to OSH if any errors
·        Justify the reasons (if any) extra logistics cost occurred and keep written approvals from group logistics manager in the shipment file
·        Follow the filing system with the updated export shipment
·        Update the log book for Group on daily basis with the last update of each shipment
·        Coordinate with finance and warehouse to load the shipments as per loading plan
·        Coordinate with logistics team to ensure shipping as per plan
·        Documentation of all shipments
