We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Logistics Operations & Pricing Specialist. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong career in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
💼 Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor daily logistics operations efficiently.
- Track and follow up on local and international shipments (Tracking).
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Prepare quotations and handle pricing activities (Sales Pricing).
- Support logistics sales operations and customer requirements (Sales Logistics).
- Communicate with clients and provide timely shipment updates.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth workflow.
– Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
🎯 Requirements:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
- Very good command of English (spoken & written).
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
