Job Description

Manage end-to-end import operations from purchase order receipt to customs clearance and final delivery.
Create and submit ACID numbers through Nafeza and ensure compliance with import regulations.
Review HS Codes and coordinate customs clearance activities with brokers and authorities.
Review and submit import documents through CargoX and ensure documentation accuracy.
Follow up on import approvals and resolve shipment and documentation issues with Supply Chain and related stakeholders.
Monitor shipment status and ensure timely clearance and delivery of imported goods.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and import requirements.
Control importation costs and minimize clearance delays, demurrage, and storage charges.
Maintain import records and prepare periodic reports on shipment and clearance status.

7-10 years of solid experience in Importation, International Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Proven leadership experience with a strong track record in Team Building and People Management.
Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Biological Products Importation.
Strong knowledge of Customs Regulations, International Trade Laws, and Compliance Frameworks.
High analytical capability with experience in Cost Control and Performance Optimization.
Excellent Stakeholder Management and Negotiation skills.
